Ruben Omar Hernandez
Project Manager
Ruben Hernandez has over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business and systems integration, and project management for businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Four Elements Global, Ruben worked as a business and system integration consultant at Accenture, the largest management consulting company in the world, where he worked on more than 15 different projects at more than 10 different companies in North America and Europe. Some of these companies include Pacific Gas and Electric in California; Electric Supply Board in Ireland; Centrica in the United Kingdom; and Maxigas, a subsidiary of Gaz de France, in Mexico City. After leaving Accenture, Ruben became one of the principals at TUMIS, making sure that TUMIS remained a worker-owned company working for the community that it existed within. During his tenure at TUMIS, Ruben was the chief architect in implementing new business processes and systems that helped the company increase its sales by 150% within one year.
Ruben earned his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Columbia University in New York City. At Accenture, he completed extensive training in business development, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning systems, financial operations, and human performance.
